- Ron is certified through NACHI (National Association of Certified Home Inspectors) giving him credentials to inspect for: Conventional, FHA, VA, and HUD loan institutions.
- Ron adheres to the industry’s largest, most comprehensive NACHI Standards of Practice and abides by their Code of Ethics.
- Ron maintains a strict continuing education policy that requires, among other things, that he receive at least 24 hours of continuing education each year.
About Ron:
- He completed his college education in 1963.
- He immediately joined a family wholesale kitchen and bath business.
- He expanded into a general construction business of custom built homes: home remodeling; and with small commercial buildings.
- He drew his own plans & blue prints both in perspective and isometric.
- In 1975, Ron moved to South Florida and with his wife operated a Real Estate sales organization working with both buyers and sellers from Key West to Daytona Beach Florida (from the East to West coasts).
- He managed homes, associations, apartment buildings, and shopping centers.
- In the 90’s he bought distressed homes to renovate and resell.
- In the early 2002 he thought of being semi retired but joined Home Depot’s Kitchen and Bath department in Fort Lauderdale, To stay active) and was transferred to Central Florida in 2003.
- He soon bought a home in beautiful S W Clermont and he was soon called upon by KB Home to become a customer service representative working with their owners and buyers.
- He had the desire to better help the consumer by putting his extensive experience in construction and Real Estate fields by starting his own inspection business.
- Ron and his wife Donna take great pride in their comprehensive inspection methods and will not allow their integrity to be compromised by over looking items when asked to.
